After 6 months on Leland and multiple happy/successfully admitted clients, I can confirm that we don't need to spend dozens of hours together (and you don't need to spend thousands of dollars!) to get your application sorted for your dream school. A lot will depend on your working style and pace of progress between sessions, but the plan is relatively straightforward: Session 1: Brainstorm your story / finalize list of schools / agree recommender strategy [Async 30min to review your resume] Session 2: Review first drafts for the longer essays, + resume Sessions 3-X: Iteratively refine + finalize full application draft (including notes to recommenders, to be sent out as soon as we have your story ~70% nailed)
