Hi! I’m Vanessa- a former investment banker (technology and healthcare) turned operator and investor. I’ve worked across M&A and capital markets at top firms in NYC and London, built startups from 0 to 1, and advised founders at global accelerators. Along the way, I’ve helped 50+ professionals break into investment banking, pivot into operating tech roles, and craft their career journey. I’m especially passionate about coaching talent from underrepresented backgrounds, navigating high-stakes career transitions across the UK and US markets.
