Why do I coach?
I coach because I have seen how much changes when capable people are met with the right kind of partnership at the right inflection point in their lives. At certain moments, the real work is not just to make the next move, but to understand what the next move is asking of you. A promotion, career transition, founder challenge, or expanded leadership mandate is often more formative than expected.
