Hi, I’m Svetlana, a Master Certified Coach and executive leadership advisor. I help senior professionals, people leaders, founders, and high-potential operators step into a new executive mandate or a broader leadership scope with greater clarity, presence, and capacity they can sustain. Why do I coach?
I coach because I have seen how much changes when capable people are met with the right kind of partnership at the right inflection point in their lives. At certain moments, the real work is not just to make the next move, but to understand what the next move is asking of you. A promotion, career transition, founder challenge, or expanded leadership mandate is often more formative than expected. These inflection points can call for new capacity, new language, new boundaries, and sometimes a whole new layer of identity. My clients are usually not looking to be fixed or told who to become. They are looking for a space where they can think more clearly, test assumptions, make sense of complexity, and practice leading from a more grounded and conscious place. I coach because I care about the inner growth that becomes visible not only in stronger decisions and communication but also in greater self-trust, self-confidence, and inner alignment.
