This package includes at minimum two 60 minute, virtual 1:1 coaching sessions, and the client taking a short online assessment described below. During the first coaching session, we discuss your job and workplace environment and any challenges you are facing on the path to success. The second coaching session is a debrief of the data and key learnings. There are opportunities for additional coaching sessions to develop and track progress toward any goals you wish to establish. Through the DISC workplace behavioral assessment, we uncover how the factors of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance impact how you function in your work environment and under certain circumstances. The informative data reveals your ideal self of how you want to show up at work, compared to any behavior modifications you are making while at work, particularly when working under pressure. These data points are not considered positive or negative but rather objective indicators of behavioral strengths and supporting factors. Relationship management strategies are also discussed where you gain knowledge on other's behaviors, hot buttons, what they want and which behavior modifications can help maximize the relationship. This provides guidance on how to apply your key learnings to optimize relationships with management, peers and direct reports. The DISC assessment and analysis can also be used with multiple people or teams which provides of broader understanding of how workplace behaviors come together. It is interesting to consider many factors, such as if these behaviors and dynamics are in service to the individuals and organization achieving their goals.
