I became a career coach in 2012 after a 20-year career in F500 companies, I have served as a leader in finance, analytics, and strategy. I enjoy helping professionals connect with their passions to pursue the work they love, and help professionals advance existing careers or pursue new ones. I connect with those I coach through enthusiasm, empathy, and humor.
Coaching is forward looking and not therapy. The client retains full responsibility for all decisions and actions taken. Client Responsibility: Attend sessions prepared and on time Complete agreed-upon reflection or strategic work Take ownership of decisions and implementation Communicate openly and honestly Scheduling & Cancellations Sessions must be scheduled in advance. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Emergency exceptions may be granted at the coach’s discretion.
