This session is designed to help applicants define, clarify, and strategically shape their application narrative before committing to writing. Rather than starting with essays, the focus is on identifying the core themes, motivations, and experiences that should anchor the entire application. Through guided discussion, we work to uncover what genuinely differentiates you, how your experiences connect logically, and how admissions committees are likely to interpret your story. The goal is to move from scattered experiences to a cohesive, intentional narrative that can be carried consistently across the personal statement, activities, and interviews. The session concludes with a clear narrative framework you can immediately use to guide writing and positioning. Format: 60-minute 1:1 strategy session Best for: Applicants early in the application process or their pre-medical journey, career-changers, re-applicants, or students struggling to articulate a cohesive story.
