Package Description:
The goal of this package is to provide you with a resume that will maximize your chances of getting an interview at MBB or similar firms. As a hiring manager who has reviewed more than 1,000 resumes, I am an expert on resume strategies for both traditional and nontraditional applicants. Please send me your resume prior to purchasing this package so that I can advise on which size you will need. If we jointly decide your resume needs another turn, any previously purchased hours will be applied toward a size upgrade.

I am a child of immigrants who understands what it's like to have high ambitions without institutional and generational knowledge. From my experience going from MBB-reject to sitting on the McKinsey recruiting team, I find immense joy in helping nontraditional applicants step into calm confidence and ace their case interviews. The first time I interviewed with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, I bombed. I had a rockstar resume, but my case prep was limited to skimming Case in Point and reading cases alone in my room. As a non-traditional applicant, I didn't have the resources and knowledge of what it would take to adequately prepare for MBB interviews. Determined to make a comeback, I reverse-engineered the entire process the following year. I spent hundreds of hours breaking down what it would actually take to get a second chance and be ready on interview day. As a result, I landed a full-time Business Analyst offer with my dream company, McKinsey, where I also served on the Cornell recruiting team. Because of my unique experience, I am well versed not just on what it takes to get an offer, but common mistakes that many candidates make. My journey helping folks land MBB offers started when I TA'ed the Management Consulting Essentials course at the Cornell Johnson School of Business.
