One hour. One honest conversation. A career worth staying in. If you have spent the last few years quietly wondering whether the pace, the design, or the fit of your current career is actually sustainable — this session is built for that question. We will not talk about quitting. We will not build a five-year plan. We will assess what separates a career you can sustain from one that will eventually sustain itself on your expense. In one focused hour, we will: Audit your energy. Identify the specific activities, relationships, and conditions that fuel you and drain you, and name the pattern you have been avoiding. Commit to a small move. Leave with one 30-day experiment specific enough to run and small enough to finish.
