You do not need a long-term engagement to get clarity. One structured conversation with someone who knows the research can shift how you see your situation and what you do next. In 60 minutes, we will: -Assess your environment using research-based frameworks -Name the specific dynamics at play so you move from a vague sense that something is wrong to a clear picture -Separate what belongs to the system from what belongs to you -Identify your highest-leverage next move: document, build support, set a boundary, or plan an exit -Settle on an action plan for next steps This is for you if you are inside a difficult work environment and need an objective, research-informed perspective, whether you are trying to make sense of what is happening, deciding whether to stay or leave, or preparing to transition strategically.

Our session will be live and synchronous, with clients completing "homework" assignments before our meeting designed to give clients an opportunity to reflect and to test ideas.
We work as partners in the coaching process, and clients are expected to work between sessions to ensure both the coach and the client get the most out of the live coaching sessions. Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and deducted from the coaching package. I understand unexpected circumstances occasionally arise, and will always do my best to be accommodating in those situations.
