Package Description:

Not all self-doubt is irrational, and not all barriers are internal. This coaching package, available as a 4 or 6-hour engagement, is designed for accomplished professionals who are ready to do the deeper work of separating what's happening inside from what's happening around them. Together, we examine your internal dialogue around competence and achievement, identify when impostor phenomenon is driving the doubt, and get honest about when racism, sexism, and other oppressive systems are the actual problem — not you. Because when you've spent years navigating environments that were not built for you, it can be hard to know which voice to trust. This work helps you find that line.
