Making a career pivot rarely requires a dramatic reinvention. Most successful pivots are strategic adjustments based on new information about your strengths, values, energy, and opportunities. This coaching package is designed to help you move from uncertainty to a clear, practical plan through a structured process of reflection, analysis, and experimentation. Over four to six hours of coaching, we will work through a systematic pivot framework designed to help you: -Gain clarity about what is and is not working in your current role or career path -Identify the type of pivot that may best fit your goals and constraints -Translate your existing skills and experience into new possibilities -Test potential directions through small, low-risk experiments -Develop a realistic and actionable roadmap for moving forward Rather than trying to “think your way” to the perfect answer, this program emphasizes disciplined experimentation and structured decision-making, a method shown to produce better outcomes when navigating career transitions.

Our sessions will be live and synchronous, with clients completing "homework" assignments in between our meetings that are designed to give clients an opportunity to reflect and to test ideas.
We work as partners in the coaching process, and clients are expected to work between sessions to ensure both the coach and the client get the most out of the live coaching sessions. Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and deducted from the coaching package. I understand unexpected circumstances occasionally arise, and will always do my best to be accommodating in those situations.
