Unlike an open-ended coaching hour, this session follows a structured diagnostic process: we identify the real problem, map the constraints, and build a concrete path forward — so you leave with the most useful and actionable plan possible. What's included: - Pre-session diagnostic — a short written questionnaire you complete before we meet, so we use the 90 minutes on solutions, not scene-setting - 90-minute structured session — focused, framework-driven work on your specific challenge - A written session summary — key insights, decisions made, and your concrete next steps, sent to you within 24 hours so nothing gets lost - One asynchronous follow-up — a single message exchange within 7 days if you need a quick gut-check as you act on what we discussed
