Why do I coach?

I coach to give back. I did not have a coach but it would have helped a lot when building my business. I am first gen, no entrepreneurs in the family, did not have capital or backing initially. Founding a business was life changing and I want to help other scrappy founders.

2013 - 2025

Co-founded Edtech platform in medical school. Grew from hand-drawn whiteboard sketches into the dominant learning platform for U.S. medical students serving over 500K+ users. Expanded into PA, NP, and MCAT. Led the company as CEO through Series A fundraise ($30M), scaled team from a handful to 50+ across product, engineering, clinical content, sales, operations, and legal. Managed board, P&L, business planning, forecasting, and institutional sales. Led product org across core platform and growth. Deep expertise in 0→1 AI product. Built a clinical reasoning simulator where students work through LLM-powered patient encounters that evaluate diagnostic accuracy, reasoning quality, and safety in real time. Designed eval frameworks and guardrails. Drove adoption into 30+ medical, PA, and NP programs — cold outreach, conference demos (AAMC, PAEA, NBOME), pilot design, and institutional sales. Ongoing governance, strategic oversight, and advisory role through CEO transition and company's next phase of growth.
