I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF) with over 2,100 hours of coaching experience and 36 years of leadership experience across Sales, Consulting, Executive, and C-Suite roles. My career has been shaped by both successes and setbacks — each one offering invaluable lessons in leadership, resilience, and growth. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve coached professionals across industries and career stages — from first-time managers to global CXOs — helping them navigate executive challenges, accelerate leadership growth, and make meaningful career transitions. My coaching journey has taken me across continents and industries — partnering with leaders in IT, Consulting, Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Analytics, Higher Education, FMCG, Hospitality, among others. I bring a lived understanding of executive leadership — the weight of decisions, the isolation at the top, and the complexity of navigating change.
