Hey, I'm Ryan. As an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia, I have completed multiple internships within the finance industry and gained a high-level of expertise recruiting both on- and off-cycle. Additionally, I work within UVA's economics career office focusing on helping students with all things career related. Why do I coach?
As a transfer student, I tried to do everything in my power to position myself to be the best candidate for investment banking recruitment. Additionally, I networked heavily with students and professionals to understand what is necessary to succeed in the field and attain a high level job offer. The investment banking recruitment cycle is long and difficult, but it is an incredibly doable and achievable process with the correct guidance and knowledge.
