If you are new in TPM role or have started a new job and need a plan to manage your onboarding, this package is for you! Together, we will map out things you should be doing in your first 90 days, so that you can hit the ground running! Total Sessions: 3 What we will cover: Session 1: What you should be doing in the first 30 days of your new job. We will go over managing team dynamics, relationship building, making an impact with limited knowledge. Session 2: What you should be doing in the first 60 days of your job. We will go over how you can own a deliverable and show the impact, deepen your understanding on the domain, and continue building on your personal brand at work. Session 3 : Things to do in your first 90 days at work. How to show up with authority, Lead with clarity and continue to carry the momentum you have been working towards. Help you step in the new role confidently. We will work on things like questions to ask your stakeholders, how to get hands on technical experience, what to ask in meetings, which deliverables are expected in first 90 days.
