If you are an early-mid career TPM (~3-10 years of experience) and want to stand out in your day-day job, then this package is for you. Together, we will cover basic but very important topics that will help you level up in your role. What we will cover: In these 5 sessions, we will go over topics such as (but not limited to) conducting effective meetings, How to document your WINS, Build Status reports that your stakeholders will actually read, Managing 1:1 with your Managers, Giving and receiving feedback, Conflict Resolution. As a TPM, these soft skills is what will set your apart from your peers. What you will get at the end of each session: Templates or scripts (As relevant), Strategies to uplevel your performance at work.

These sessions can be mixed and matched. There will be at least one Live session and then we can work to do either async or continue Live session based on specific scenario. You can reach out to me in between sessions to hash out an idea, if you have a problem with the template/script .
