About Rohan
The world we are living in is Busy. Noisy. Fast. Today there are more choices than ever Constant change and uncertainty Success on paper, confusion inside Lot of knowledge on a platter but not enough wisdom to know what is right. So, more knowledge is not equating to more clarity. For me, this is where coaching comes in and this is what inspired me to get into it. For me, coaching is not about fixing you but rather, about creating space, slowing down, to think clearly and to hear your own voice again. My role for my clients is just to hold space and help them reflect what they truly need & what is truly within them.
Why do I coach?
I have had a few people in my circle who have inadvertently played the role of a coach in my life at some critical junctures. They helped me uncover my patterns, challenged my assumptions, helped me relook at my beliefs. Some of the life decisions I took as a result of that, have been life transforming for me. That is when I realized the essence of coaching. It is not about answering your questions because those would be someone else's answers. It is truly about finding your own and for that, one needs to make an investment in awareness. An authentic shift in who you are and why you exist can mark a paradigm change in who you can potentially become. Here in lies the magic of the coaching experience and I would love for my clients to have that too.
