About Richard
Former bassoon-aficionado Richard Flores is a current MBA student at Harvard Business School. A graduate of Brigham Young University, he spent the first few years of his career at Bain & Company working for numerous retail and consumer products companies (remember Pier 1 Imports, the furniture company that went bankrupt? I guess he didn’t do a good enough job…). Richard then transitioned to work for Capital One’s Small Business Card division, developing the product strategy for new credit cards. #WhatsInYourWallet He lives in Boston with his wife and two sons (3 and 1). Richard is an avid fan of Chelsea FC, the San Antonio Spurs, as well as anything Star Wars or Tolkien. He hails from American Fork, Utah where he was the drum major for his high school band and grew his afore-mentioned love for the bassoon.
