Hi, I’m Renuka, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over two years of experience helping people embrace healthy lifestyle changes. I am also a mom of 3 and a wife to a very loving husband. When I am not coaching, I love to bake, cook, read, dance silly with my kids and travel. My journey to coaching has been pretty intuitive and based on my own struggles and the need to re-invent myself. True change begins from within and we have to believe in our ability to do that.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe in the transformative power of connection and growth. We all have moments when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step. I coach because I’ve seen how a supportive guide can help illuminate the path forward, uncover hidden strengths, and empower meaningful change. Coaching allows me to help individuals rediscover themselves, navigate challenges, and build relationships—whether with themselves or others—that are rooted in understanding, respect, and love. It’s deeply fulfilling to witness someone overcome obstacles and thrive in ways they never thought possible. I believe that everyone deserves a life filled with purpose, joy, and meaningful connections. Helping others achieve that is not just my profession—it’s my calling.
