I was previously an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs, most recently in the TMT coverage group. My recruiting-specific responsibilities at Goldman included interviewing summer internship and full-time job candidates at the undergrad and MBA level for 3 years, leading banking recruiting for my alma mater (helping oversee its promotion to core target school), and acting as an internship coordinator (leading intern training/feedback/offers process for my group).
