I have a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, where I worked with the Dean of Admissions, and a Master's degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (with acceptances from Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, Chicago Booth and others). I excel at crafting holistic applicant stories to ensure every part of your application (essays, letters of recommendation, resume, etc.) add value to your candidacy. Outside of school, I was most recently a Senior Manager/Associate Director at SharkNinja, leading go-to-market strategy and managing a team of senior associates. My main motivation for coaching is getting to know people outside my circles and helping bring talented profiles the light they deserve! About Qurrat
As a child, I created lesson plans for my younger brother on everything I had learned (much to his and my parents' chagrin), so I am so excited I get to do this with you folks! I'm a Cornell undergrad and Stanford GSB alum with experience at startups and offers at MBB consulting. I have been coaching for MBA applications and career progression for 10 years and these folks have gone on to attend HBS, GSB, Booth, Wharton, Haas, Sloan and Kellogg. As a coach, I am passionate about helping individuals tell their authentic stories in a compelling way. I love to uncover the key experiences that shape your personal and professional journeys and tell the "so what?" of your story.
Why do I coach?
I love coaching at a human level because it allows me to connect with people on a deeper level and help them unlock their full potential through listening, feedback and powerful storytelling. I have benefited hugely from the mentorship of others and am excited I get to share that with others.
