In 2023, he also participated in Harvard Business School’s highly competitive Summer Venture in Management Program (SVMP). While at NYU, Patrick served as a research coordinator for Urban Lab, preparing case studies for the ULI Resilience Summit and the Mayors' Institute on City Design. Professionally, he has built experience across top firms including Newmark, AEW Capital Management, Lincoln Property Company, and Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.
