Experienced coach for tech MBAs. HBS alum, PM @ Google, HBS/GSB/W/K admit
Featured on Business Insider, Poets & Quants, and HBS Admissions for my journey from an engineering background to business school, and then into Product Management. I have helped over 20 MBA applicants craft compelling personal stories, set school application strategies, and execute on each app component: resume, essays, recommendations, and the application form. I specialize in giving practical, personal, and actionable advice, feedback, and guidance according to your goals. My main focus areas have been tech industry applicants (either coming from a background in tech or looking to pivot into it), applicants particularly interested in HBS or GSB, and non-traditional/underrepresented applicants. But no matter your background, don't hesitate to reach out if you think I can help! We can work together to craft a compelling and differentiated application package specific to you. My expertise comes from a few places: 1) Past b-school mentoring over the last two years; 2) Participation in renowned MBA prep programs like MLT, Jumpstart, and Forte Foundation; 3) Experience doing application reviews and mock interviews as the former Co-president of LASO, the Latino Student Association at HBS; and 4) My own experience as an admit to HBS, GSB, Wharton, and Kellogg. Feel free to read more about my background at: - Business Insider: (Title: "How a Harvard Business School grad perfected her MBA applications to get into her top programs") - Poets & Quants: (Title: "Meet the MBA Class of 2022: Olivia Melendez, Harvard Business School") - HBS Admissions: https://www.hbs.edu/mba/student-life/people/Pages/perspectives.aspx?profile=omelendez Or just set up a call and let’s chat more!
