About Ojas

I’m Ojas Jain, IIT Bombay Mechanical (Dept Rank 6) with a Data Science minor, two PPOs (Suntory, P&G), and hands-on projects across manufacturing, research, and product. At Suntory (Osaka) I led a line redesign that lifted gin capacity by 132%. At P&G (FemCare) I drove 20% cost reduction through workforce and inventory optimizations. In the lab, I built motion-amplification and laser micromachining tools; on campus, I taught Calculus (TA) and mentor sophomores (DAMP). Now, I am trying to coach ambitious students and early-career professionals to translate messy projects into crisp, compelling stories, and confident interviews—especially for product, ops/supply chain, research, and quant-style roles. I’m direct, fast, and outcome-focused: clear stories, metric-backed bullets, and repeatable prep systems.

Why do I coach?

I didn’t get here by pedigree; I got here by packaging real work into impact—turning experiments, internships, and side projects into numbers hiring managers care about. I coach because I wish I’d had a blunt, tactical mentor earlier: someone to cut fluff, surface evidence, and drill until answers land. Teaching as a TA and Department Mentor showed me how quickly careers move when feedback is tight and practice is intentional. My style is empathetic but no-nonsense: we set targets, build assets (resume/LinkedIn/portfolio), and run mock interviews until you’re undeniable.
