About Nino
My journey as a professional coach started with my own personal transformation. Back in 2020, I was experiencing what I now know to be a burnout. I held leadership roles as a Legal Lead in the banking and IT sectors. My career was thriving, but something - that I could not place - felt completely off. That was when I sought out therapy and later discovered coaching. The professionals I met on this journey awakened a deep sense of purpose in me. They showed me what it truly means to make a difference in someone's life, and that inspired me to become a coach. Since then, my mission has been to help others like me, raise awareness, break the limiting beliefs or never ending cycles and build a life in alignment with their true values. So far, this journey was nothing but rewarding - meeting outstanding people, getting to know they unique way of being and living. Every client’s story amazes me—it’s incredible how you can transform your life and unlock your potential simply by connecting with yourself and living in alignment with your values.
Why do I coach?
Coaching is deeply personal to me because it was the catalyst for my own transformation. It introduced me to a completely new way of thinking and approaching life’s challenges—one that empowered me to listen to my inner voice and align with my true values. Through coaching, I was able to navigate career changes, relationship challenges, and inner conflicts without external noise, relying instead on clarity and self-trust. That experience sparked a profound desire to give back and share this powerful tool with others. I believe that each person is the author and expert of their own life, and when you learn how to truly connect with your inner voice, you become unstoppable, authentic, and truly free. There is nothing more fulfilling than living a life that’s genuinely your own.
