You’ll receive 3, 6 or 10 personalized, one-on-one coaching tailored to your specific leadership goals. The process is grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies and includes: * A guided discovery process to clarify what matters most to you * Coaching on a key challenge or opportunity in your work or leadership * Tools and prompts to support learning between sessions * A supportive, confidential space to think aloud and grow with intention As a client, you'll benefit from my 15+ years of leadership experience across higher education, admissions, and tech—including Google and Harvard Admissions—as well as my current training at Georgetown’s prestigious Executive Coaching program.

My coaching approach is fully client-centered, grounded in the belief that each person holds the wisdom and insight to navigate their own path. I don’t offer advice or act as a consultant—instead, I create a confidential, supportive space for reflection, curiosity, and growth. Together, we’ll explore your leadership journey through the full spectrum of your lived experience—who you are now, how you see yourself, who you want to become, and what might be in the way. My role is to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and help you uncover new awareness and clarity. I work with clients to identify meaningful goals, examine patterns and beliefs, and step into a more intentional, values-aligned version of their leadership. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and rooted in the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Confidentiality: Coaching sessions are strictly confidential and adhere to ICF’s ethical standards. Coaching vs. Consulting: My role is as a coach, not a consultant—meaning I won’t offer advice or direction, but will support you in uncovering your own insights and solutions. Late Policy: Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Leadership Coach In Training with Georgetown University | EdTech Leadership
I'm deeply passionate about professional growth and leadership development. After rising from an individual contributor to Manager, Director and Vice President at an Edtech company while overseeing a team of 80+, I found that the most meaningful experiences I had centered on guiding and supporting early leaders to grow and advance into their own leadership roles. Because of this, I'm launching a leadership coaching practice-- and have started the process by pursuing the Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation through the Georgetown University Executive Leadership Coaching program, a selective leadership coaching training centered on evidence-based approaches, which I will finalize by September 2025. I'm stepping into leadership coaching for the same reason I do Admissions Consulting for undergraduate and graduate programs: I love helping individuals uncover their own unique way to shine. My goal is to enable leaders to build confidence in their leadership and to make progress toward living into their own brand of authentic leadership.
