My coaching approach is fully client-centered, grounded in the belief that each person holds the wisdom and insight to navigate their own path. I don’t offer advice or act as a consultant—instead, I create a confidential, supportive space for reflection, curiosity, and growth. Together, we’ll explore your leadership journey through the full spectrum of your lived experience—who you are now, how you see yourself, who you want to become, and what might be in the way. My role is to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and help you uncover new awareness and clarity. I work with clients to identify meaningful goals, examine patterns and beliefs, and step into a more intentional, values-aligned version of their leadership. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and rooted in the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
