Clinical Program Supervisor

 Supervised program staff including regular individual and group staff meetings and case consultation under Family Preservation Intervention Program.  Monitored funding utilization and reviewed reimbursement requests to ensure compliance.  Analyzed and assessed grant application content relative to the goals, scope, and priorities of the funding provider.  Prepared information for the Executive Director, Quality Assurance, and/or funding provider, as requested.  Analyzed, evaluated, and made recommendations for program services to ensure programmatic compliance.  Developed reports or databases to track information and performance as well as utilize available databases to provide information and analysis.  Provided technical assistance and training to staff to improve the quality of service delivery.  Visited homes with staff to ensure that the process of service delivery is following the contract and promotes quality improvement.  Ensured that service delivery was performed according to and within the CHS mission, policy/statewide directive/procedural directions, and treatment model.  Analyzed, evaluated, and made recommendations for programs and services to ensure programmatic compliance.  Coordinated and collaborated with the Program Director and Executive Director where appropriate, to ensure that funding resources are fully utilized to promote quality service.  Followed federal and state laws, in addition to implementing programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with the agency and funder’s priorities.  Reviewed and monitored case files for both internal and external quality assurance standards.  Provided field training, perspective, empowerment, and support which enabled direct service personnel to deliver the service effectively.  Supported and enhanced staff's ability to perform their jobs by teaching and modeling technical knowledge and skills, work management and communication skills, and conflict management skills.
