Description
For leaders whose ambition has started to cost more than it returns: bigger scope, a team to lead through change, and a pace that has quietly stopped being sustainable. Ten 60-minute sessions over twelve weeks with an ICF Professional Certified Coach and former Amazon Senior Manager, plus written support between sessions and one stakeholder hot-prep each month. We define success in session one, then work both the strategy and the mindset underneath it: presence that holds in the room, decisions you will not need to walk back, delegation to people and to AI agents as a leadership skill, and the inner critic that turns ambition into overdrive. Ambition Without Burnout is the frame. Ends with a written summary and a maintenance plan you keep.
