For new and rising leaders stepping into bigger scope: leading managers for the first time, inheriting a team through change, or taking on a role where the old playbook stops working. Six 60-minute sessions over eight weeks with an ICF Professional Certified Coach and former Amazon Senior Manager who coached new managers into leaders. We define what only you can do in the role, build the operating rhythm that protects your attention for it (including what to delegate to people and what to hand to AI agents), work the hard conversations before they happen, and handle the inner critic that turns a promotion into overdrive. Ends with a written 90-day plan and summary you keep.
