Michelle has helped clients get into these companies:

I have helped a wide range of individuals—not just professionals, but anyone feeling emotionally drained, chronically overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Whether it’s work stress, life pressure, or just the weight of too much for too long, the core tools of burnout recovery are the same: nervous system regulation, boundary setting, energy awareness, and aligned action. With over 15 years in corporate HR and leadership development, I’ve supported high-achieving professionals—but I’ve also coached parents, caregivers, and individuals in major life transitions. My approach is grounded, practical, and personalized—because burnout doesn’t discriminate, and recovery should be available to everyone.

About Michelle

Hi, I’m M! I specialize in burnout recovery, career clarity, and helping high-achieving professionals take strategic next steps without sacrificing their well-being. With over 15 years in corporate HR and leadership development—including roles at Fortune 500 companies—I understand the pressures that lead to burnout, disengagement, and feeling directionless. I’ve coached professionals through toxic work environments, major life transitions, and career pivots—and I bring that experience into every session. My approach combines mindset work, nervous system awareness, values-driven planning, and practical next steps. Whether you're job hunting after a layoff or rebuilding boundaries after burnout, I meet you where you are—and help you move forward with purpose.

Why do I coach?

I entered the HR field because I’ve always been drawn to the human side of work. I’ve seen firsthand how our careers can either build us up, or slowly wear us down. And I do this work because I deeply care about helping people find careers that don’t just pay the bills, but feel purposeful and sustainable. Our careers shouldn't break us down, they should provide an opportunity to share our strengths and bring fulfillment to our lives. Over the years, I’ve watched far too many talented professionals feel stuck, burned out, or undervalued, not because they lacked ability, but because they didn’t have the right support. I’ve seen what happens when someone’s strengths go unnoticed, their limits are ignored, and their energy gets spent on surviving rather than thriving. That’s what drives me today. I coach because I believe everyone deserves a career that reflects their strengths, respects their boundaries, and gives them space to grow. I’m here to help people recover, reset, and rebuild careers that support who they truly are, not just what they do.
