Michelle has helped clients get into these companies:

I have helped a wide range of individuals—not just professionals, but anyone feeling emotionally drained, chronically overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Whether it’s work stress, life pressure, or just the weight of too much for too long, the core tools of burnout recovery are the same: nervous system regulation, boundary setting, energy awareness, and aligned action. With over 15 years in corporate HR and leadership development, I’ve supported high-achieving professionals, but I’ve also coached parents, caregivers, and individuals in major life transitions. My approach is grounded, practical, and personalized because burnout doesn’t discriminate, and recovery should be available to everyone.

About Michelle

Throughout my 15+ years in human resources, leadership development, and organizational training, I have focused on supporting high-performing professionals who are committed to delivering strong results while navigating complex demands, high expectations, and sustained performance pressure. In these roles, I worked closely with leaders and employees navigating intense workloads, complex workplace dynamics, and the pressure to maintain high performance in fast-paced environments. Over time, I saw how many capable and dedicated professionals quietly struggled with burnout, uncertainty, or a growing sense that their work no longer aligned with who they were or how they wanted to live. This experience led me to focus my coaching on helping individuals step back from constant pressure, regain clarity, and make thoughtful decisions about their careers and leadership paths. My approach is calm, structured, and practical. I aim to create a supportive space where clients can think clearly about their situation, understand their options, and move forward with confidence toward a more sustainable and aligned professional life. Whether you are considering a career transition, struggling with leadership demands, or trying to regain balance while maintaining high performance, I provide a calm, supportive space to help you think clearly and move forward with confidence.

Why do I coach?

Throughout my career in leadership development and organizational training, I consistently worked with high-performing professionals who were capable, dedicated, and deeply committed to their work, yet many were quietly struggling with unsustainable workloads, unclear expectations, or environments that did not support long-term success. Over time, I saw a clear pattern: burnout and career misalignment were rarely the result of a lack of skill or effort. More often, they stemmed from professionals pushing themselves to perform at high levels without the clarity, boundaries, or support systems needed to sustain that performance. I coach because I believe high achievement should not require sacrificing well-being, identity, or long-term fulfillment. My goal is to help professionals step back from survival mode, gain perspective on their situation, and create realistic, strategic paths forward — whether that means strengthening their leadership approach, setting sustainable boundaries, or navigating a career transition with confidence. What motivates me most is helping capable, driven individuals reconnect with clarity, direction, and a sense of control over their work and future. That’s what drives me today. I coach because I believe everyone deserves a life that builds on their strengths, respects their boundaries, and gives them space to grow. I’m here to help people recover, reset, and rebuild a life that support who they truly are, not just what they do.
