About Michelle
I’m a career and burnout recovery coach with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and leadership roles at companies like Amazon and Coca-Cola. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Communications, and I’m a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM). Throughout my career, I’ve helped professionals navigate career transitions, overcome burnout, and find clarity and direction in their work. My coaching style is strategic and grounded, with a deep emphasis on aligning your goals with who you truly are. Whether you’re pivoting industries, preparing for interviews, or trying to regain your energy after workplace burnout, I’m here to support you with tools that are practical, personalized, and designed for real life.
Why do I coach?
I entered the HR field because I’ve always been drawn to the human side of work. I’ve seen firsthand how careers can either build us up—or slowly wear us down. I do this work because I care deeply about helping people find fulfilling careers that don’t just pay the bills, but feel purposeful and sustainable. Over the years, I’ve watched far too many talented professionals feel stuck, undervalued, or burned out—not because they lacked ability, but because they didn’t have the right support. That’s what drives me today. I coach because everyone deserves a career that reflects their strengths, respects their limits, and gives them room to grow.
