Questions?

You can start chatting with Michelle before you get started.

I bring over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, organizational training, recruiting, and leading large-scale programs within complex organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with people navigating career decisions, leadership challenges, heavy workloads, changing expectations, difficult workplace dynamics, and periods when work and life simply felt like a lot. But what I bring to coaching goes beyond my professional background. I’ve been there. I’ve seen how things work behind the scenes including how decisions are made, what leaders are looking for, how performance is evaluated, and what can help someone move forward. I’ve also experienced enough of life and work to know that there isn’t always a simple answer or a perfectly defined next step. That perspective is a big part of why I coach. I’m genuinely drawn to helping people, and I want to share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Maybe you’re trying to advocate for yourself at work, navigate a difficult manager or team situation, prepare for an important interview, decide what you want next in your career, manage an overwhelming workload, or become more confident as a leader. Sometimes the challenge is more personal. Something happening outside of work may be affecting your confidence, energy, or ability to make decisions, and you need a place to sort through what’s happening and understand your options.

Why do I coach?

Over the course of my career, I’ve learned a lot through my own experiences, the leaders and professionals I’ve worked alongside, and the challenges I’ve had the opportunity to navigate. I want to share what I’ve learned so someone else can feel more confident, see their options more clearly, and have support when they’re trying to figure out what comes next. I’ve also had the opportunity to see how things work behind the scenes including how decisions are made, what leaders are looking for, what drives performance, and what can help someone move forward in their career. Too often, capable and talented people are left trying to figure those things out on their own. I want to make that knowledge and perspective more accessible. What I enjoy most about coaching is being able to meet someone where they are, understand what they’re navigating, and help them see possibilities or options they may not have considered. Sometimes that means sharing perspective from my own experience, sometimes it means asking the right questions, and sometimes it simply means giving someone the space to work through something with a person who is genuinely in their corner. At the core, I coach because I want what I’ve learned to help someone else who might just need a little extra support to be successful. If I can help someone recognize what’s possible, advocate for themselves, navigate a difficult situation, or move forward with greater confidence, that work is meaningful to me.
