About Michelle

I bring over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, and organizational training, supporting individuals and leaders in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with professionals navigating heavy workloads, important decisions, and the pressure to perform. I’ve also seen how often capable people feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step. That’s where my work is focused. I help people think clearly, get out of overwhelm, and move forward with confidence, whether that’s in their life, career, or leadership role. My background includes being a leader of leaders, managing large-scale global programs, and designing and delivering global learning and development initiatives. I’ve worked across complex organizations where expectations are high, priorities shift quickly, and performance matters. I bring that experience into my coaching so you’re getting insight grounded in how things actually work in real environments. My approach is practical, calm, and structured. I don’t focus on theory, I focus on what’s actually happening in your situation and help you break it down into something manageable. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where performance, prioritization, and decision-making matter and I bring that into our work so you can focus on what actually drives results. I also draw on my experience conducting a high volume of interviews (100+ interviews at Amazon alone) to help you understand how hiring and promotion decisions are made and how to position yourself effectively when it matters. Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen how many capable and talented people struggle because they’re overwhelmed, unclear, or trying to figure things out on their own. Throughout my career, I worked closely with high-performing professionals who were doing everything “right,” but still felt stuck, mentally drained, or unsure of their next step. They needed space and support to think clearly, make decisions, and move forward in a way that actually worked. I’ve had the opportunity to see how things work behind the scenes, how decisions are made, what drives performance, and what actually helps people move forward. I want to make that more accessible, so people don’t feel like they’re guessing or falling behind. At the core, I want people to see what’s possible for them and to realize they’re more capable of moving forward than they think.
