About Michelle

Hello! I'm Michelle and I'm currently a New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations Manager at Apple in Cupertino. Before joining Apple, I was a Process Design Engineer working in the energy industry. My project experience spanned from early project development to FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Detailed Engineering. After an expat experience in Italy, I decided to return to grad school to find out what direction I wanted to take my life. I enrolled in a dual degree program called Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) earning an MBA and a master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. While back in university, I also explored the entrepreneurial path co-founding a startup called Teal Health to scale care by holistic providers for women's health. If you're at a cross-roads in your career and looking for what to do next, I can help you with your applications and provide guidance on some of the thought processes I had when navigating where to go next.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe sometimes all you need is that one person to unlock the magic and potential inside yourself.
