About Meredith
I am a PhD-trained scientist with six years of experience at Stanford School of Medicine, where I worked in the Dean’s Office for Medical Student Services and in MD Admissions, reviewing medical school applications. I coach applicants through every stage of the medical school admissions process, helping them understand what admissions committees look for and how to present their experiences with clarity and authenticity. My approach is informed by firsthand admissions experience and focuses on helping candidates tell honest, compelling stories that align with their motivations for pursuing a career in medicine.
Why do I coach?
I coach because medical school admissions is a high-stakes process that rarely gives applicants space to reflect, ask questions, or be fully themselves. I love seeing people reach their goals. Through my work in the Dean’s Office and MD Admissions at Stanford School of Medicine, I saw how powerful it is when an applicant’s story comes through clearly and authentically. Coaching enables me to create that space, helping applicants better understand what admissions committees are looking for, gain insight into themselves, and approach the process with confidence and intention. I love to see students succeed.
