I’ve been in some extreme places — from warzones in the Middle East supporting communities during the fight against ISIS, to high-rise corporate offices in Dubai helping executives navigate billion-dollar decisions, and everything in between. Along the way, I realized one thing: no matter how different the worlds looked, the real battles were always about making the right decisions under pressure. I took everything I lived and learned, wrote my first book Doubt to Certainty, and the book went on to win 6 international awards for best self-help and business book across 2023 and 2024. Building on the frameworks in the book, I founded IVIC Decisions — a research lab and leadership development company based in Dubai — dedicated to helping leaders make better, clearer, more confident decisions. I have more than 15 years of global business experience in various domains and industries. I’m an ICF PCC-certified coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, and I hold an MBA from the School of Business at Victoria University in Switzerland. Today, everything I do — coaching, writing, teaching — is about one mission: helping people find clarity, confidence, and strength in their most important decisions.
