About Mason
At 16, I co-founded a nonprofit and recruited 120 volunteers in two weeks. At 18, I accidentally started my first business—and it was acquired within two years. At 21, I published my second book. At 22, I graduated from Brown, founded my own consulting firm, and was appointed an adjunct lecturer at my alma mater. None of this happened because I had a trust fund or a 10-year plan. I didn’t grow up with entrepreneurs. I just got scrappy, asked for help, made mistakes, and kept moving. I failed often. But in the process, I figured out how to build simple, repeatable systems that made success feel inevitable—because I didn’t have the luxury of winging it. Now, I coach aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build real businesses and fulfilling lives—with clarity, structure, and momentum. Whether you’re just getting started or trying to scale something that already exists, I help you cut through the noise, focus on what actually works, and move forward fast. What I bring to the table isn’t corporate jargon or generic advice. It’s real-world experience—from launching ventures, managing teams, scaling systems, and building a life I love—and a deep understanding of what it takes to go from stuck to sustainable. If you’re someone with big ideas but no roadmap… If you’re tired of spinning your wheels or second-guessing every decision… If you want direct, energizing, actionable coaching from someone who gets it… I’d love to be in your corner. Let’s build something that actually works—for your business and your life.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve lived through deep difficulty—and I know what it takes to turn pain into purpose. At one of the lowest points in my life, I was forcefully hospitalized during a manic episode. It was disorienting, painful, and frightening. But in that space of chaos, I wrote constantly. I poured my thoughts onto the page as a way to survive. Later, I turned those writings into a published book. That experience taught me something I now live by: you can build something meaningful from the hardest moments of your life. I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same—to take the confusion, burnout, doubt, and overwhelm they’re facing and turn it into clarity, momentum, and fulfillment. Whether you’re rebuilding from a hard season or trying to step into your next chapter, I’m here to guide you with structure, strategy, and compassion. Coaching isn’t just about business for me. It’s about building a life you’re proud of. A life that feels aligned, intentional, and entirely your own.
Work Experience

Director of Fundraising
YEP (Young Entrepreneurs Program)
July 2025 - Present
As Director of Fundraising for YEP, I lead national fundraising strategy to support the growth and sustainability of a free entrepreneurship incubator serving high school students from under-resourced communities. I oversee all aspects of YEP’s development efforts, including donor cultivation, grant writing, campaign design, and strategic partnerships. My work focuses on expanding access to entrepreneurship education by raising funds to launch new chapters, scale YEP 2.0 (our alumni accelerator), and build our first national staff infrastructure. I collaborate with YEP’s leadership team to set financial goals, engage donors and partners across cities and campuses, and design fundraising campaigns that reflect our mission, impact, and long-term vision. YEP currently reaches 300+ students annually across 8 chapters on 2 continents. With a goal of expanding to 12 chapters and 600 students per year, I’m focused on building the philanthropic foundation needed to sustain and scale that vision.

Adjunct Lecturer
Brown University
July 2025 - Present
Appointed as an Adjunct Lecturer in Engineering by Brown University, I support executive graduate students in the Master of Technology Leadership (MTL) program through a combination of individualized and small-group communication coaching. The program is designed to equip mid-career professionals with the leadership and communication skills required to thrive in high-stakes, innovation-driven environments. I work closely with a cohort of 12 students to strengthen their executive presence, persuasive communication, and strategic messaging. My responsibilities include leading in-person coaching sessions during the program’s fall residency and conducting virtual one-on-one coaching throughout the term. I provide structured feedback on both live and recorded presentations, guiding students in applying communication theory to their real-world professional contexts. In addition to coaching, I serve as a liaison between the instructional team and students—supporting learning outcomes, offering formative assessments, and helping tailor communication strategies to each student’s leadership goals. The role blends executive coaching, instructional support, and applied communication theory, all within a high-performance academic setting.

In addition to program leadership, I directed YEP!’s social media strategy across Instagram, and LinkedIn—driving engagement and maintaining consistent branding. I hosted chapter summits, delivered virtual and in-person training sessions, and provided regular coaching through our chapter incubator program. I also played a key role in sourcing and launching new chapters through outreach, strategic guidance, and hands-on mentorship.
