Coaching delivered via live sessions and .
- For items requiring my review as outlined in the coaching plan, please send materials at least 24 hours (ideally 48 hours where possible) in advance of our session to allow for thoughtful feedback. Materials sent later may require rescheduling of live sessions. - Post-session deliverables will require a minimum of 2-3 business days turnaround unless a live session is scheduled within that timeframe. - Sessions will be scheduled in alignment with the above timelines to ensure quality preparation and review. - Live sessions require 5 hours advance notice for rescheduling (excluding illness or personal emergencies). Emergencies are understood and a normal part of life, so I will work to accommodate where possible. Sessions canceled within 5 hours will be billed as scheduled, and additional sessions can be booked if needed to stay aligned with the coaching plan. - Sessions start and end on time (2-3 min grace period). Overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate. - Async review beyond scope is billed at hourly rate. - Additional resume reviews beyond agreed amount are billed hourly. - Communication ideally remains within Leland platform as much as possible to ensure continuity.
