With over 8 years of experience as a product leader at ButcherBox, I've been on both sides of the interview table, serving on 10+ hiring committees and mentoring aspiring PMs. My approach is rooted in real-world insights and a deep understanding of what top companies seek in a candidate. My clients have an application-to-interview and interview-to-offer rate that is 10x the national average, so if you can impress me, you're well on your way to impressing any hiring manager. Here's how we'll work together to ensure you're interview-ready: Behavioral Interview Prep: We'll dive into your past experiences to craft compelling stories that highlight your skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. I'll guide you in articulating your vision and strategy, ensuring you communicate with clarity and impact. You'll leave with a bank of 8-10 high-impact stories that will impress any interviewer, and a question mapping template that ensures relevant answers and makes recall easy. Product Case Interview Prep: Together, we'll tackle product case scenarios, honing your ability to think on your feet and develop structured, innovative solutions. You'll practice frameworks and methodologies that resonate with interviewers, gaining confidence in your analytical and strategic thinking. Resume Review: Your resume is your first impression. I'll provide detailed feedback to ensure it effectively showcases your achievements and aligns with the roles you're targeting. We'll refine it to highlight your unique value proposition and make it stand out in a competitive field. Throughout our sessions, I'll provide honest, constructive feedback and actionable insights to help you grow quickly in areas that matter most. Coaching delivered via live sessions and .
- For items requiring my review as outlined in the coaching plan, please send materials at least 24 hours (ideally 48 hours where possible) in advance of our session to allow for thoughtful feedback. Materials sent later may require rescheduling of live sessions. - Post-session deliverables will require a minimum of 2-3 business days turnaround unless a live session is scheduled within that timeframe. - Sessions will be scheduled in alignment with the above timelines to ensure quality preparation and review. - Live sessions require 5 hours advance notice for rescheduling (excluding illness or personal emergencies). Emergencies are understood and a normal part of life, so I will work to accommodate where possible. Sessions canceled within 5 hours will be billed as scheduled, and additional sessions can be booked if needed to stay aligned with the coaching plan. - Sessions start and end on time (2-3 min grace period). Overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate. - Async review beyond scope is billed at hourly rate. - Additional resume reviews beyond agreed amount are billed hourly. - Communication ideally remains within Leland platform as much as possible to ensure continuity.
