I've been heavily involved in consulting recruiting throughout my career and have seen the process from nearly every angle. As a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (and previously at Deloitte), I've navigated both undergraduate and experienced-hire recruiting myself, participated in recruiting leadership roles, conducted hundreds of coffee chats, led countless mock interviews, and interviewed candidates as part of actual hiring decisions.
