About Marco
I founded a technology services business that I eventually scaled and sold to a large multinational business for a life changing exit. I hit my head and stumbled along the way to get there. The game-changer for me that moved me from Sweat to Scale was an external advisor that came on board 4 years into my journey when we between 10 and 15 people. This advice and input allowed me to drive forward with clear direction and structure. This phase truly allowed us to scale to the point where I was enjoying the business and we were seen as a valuable asset. After the exit, I decided to help people that are where I was, in the Sweat phase, to enable them to truly Scale.
Why do I coach?
I found the introduction of and external advisor and coach that I had to be a total gear shift for my business and my life in general. The business started to work for me and not me for it. I want others to experience that too.
