About Manas

Born and raised in india and have spent several years living in the US, India, Hong Kong and Singapore. While I have spent several years in financial services across investment banking, private equity and growth equity, I also have experience as an operator, having previously built an education technology company that aimed to improve access to foreign education for students in developing countries. I am also extremely passionate about foreign affairs, soccer and all things dogs and just generally love learning about new things.

Why do I coach?

I have had several coaches in my life and I do not think I could have possibly made it through life let alone my career without my various coaches. My earliest memories are with my soccer coaches and my latest memories are with my MBA coaches and the many mentors I have had in my career! I think there is nothing more fulfilling than mentoring and coaching others, thus helping them to achieve their dreams. In the context of careers, I was on the backfoot when I first entered finance and if it was not for coaches there is no way I would have reached where I was. I want to provide others with the same opportunity - whether it is going for an MBA degree to advance in their careers or it is to find the job of their dreams.
