ADHD Coaching That Works With Your Brain - NOT Against It
I am a certified ADHD coach with ongoing CPDs in Neurodiversity in Coaching, and an ICF-certified Executive Coach. I also work as a corporate speaker on Neurodiversity in the Workplace, supporting individuals and organisations to better understand and work with neurodivergent minds. Alongside coaching, I am a wellness practitioner specialising in stress management, nervous-system regulation, and mindfulness practices designed specifically for active, fast-moving minds. My work integrates evidence-based coaching with practical tools that support focus, emotional regulation, and sustainable performance. In addition to professional training, my work is informed by lived experience of ADHD and by parenting an AuDHD child, giving me a practical, real-world understanding of neurodivergent needs across life stages.
