This package is designed for professionals who want clear, practical guidance from someone who has been on the hiring side. I bring years of experience in executive search, C-suite and senior management recruitment, and nearly 1,000 interviews conducted at Amazon, where I worked in senior Talent Acquisition roles. The package includes a detailed CV review and targeted interview preparation focused on how hiring managers actually evaluate candidates. We’ll work on clarifying your narrative, strengthening how you communicate your experience, and preparing for common and role-specific interview questions. The goal is not to rehearse scripts, but to help you present yourself with confidence, clarity, and credibility — and to perform well under real interview conditions.

I work with clients in a focused, practical, and supportive way. Sessions are structured and goal-oriented, while still allowing space to think clearly and address what’s getting in the way. I draw heavily on my experience from the hiring side — including executive search and senior Talent Acquisition — so preparation is grounded in how interviews actually work, not theory. We start by clarifying the role, the decision-makers, and what success looks like from their perspective. From there, we refine CVs, develop a clear interview narrative, and practise responses in a way that builds confidence without sounding scripted. I also help clients manage nerves and pressure so they can perform well in real interview conditions. My style is warm, direct, and honest. Clients often value the combination of clear structure, insider perspective, and calm presence, which helps them show up authentically and effectively.
