Lillian’s MBA Qualifications
I am an alum of both Chicago Booth (MBA, 2022) and Emory University (BA, 2015). I previously served on the admissions committees as an interviewer for both Booth (3 years) and Emory (6 years). I've coached numerous students to multiple M7 school admits as well as successfully off the waitlist specifically at Booth, Haas, and Kellogg. I specialize and enjoy focusing on helping atypical and underrepresented candidates - nontraditional industry or educational backgrounds, women, US minorities, etc. - highlight their authentic story and transferable skill sets to present a compelling admissions narrative. Professionally, I have experience scaling high-growth organizations in the manufacturing and food & beverage industries, with a functional focus on sales ops, revenue ops, strategy and strategy enablement, and organizational alignment and incentivization. I have worked for several Fortune 300 companies, a growth stage startup, and two PE owned portfolio companies. I am currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at a PE owned middle market CPG company.

About Lillian
I am a current candidate at Chicago Booth in the E/W Program, graduating in June of this year. I also have experience serving on the Admissions Committee as an alumni interviewer for my undergrad alma mater, Emory University. Professionally, I have experience scaling high-growth organizations in the manufacturing and food & beverage industries, with a functional focus on sales ops, revenue ops, strategy and strategy enablement, and organizational alignment and incentivization. I have worked for several Fortune 300 companies, a growth stage startup, and am currently CoS at a PE-owned PortCo undergoing a turnaround effort and will continue in some capacity as a CoS post-graduation. In my free time, I can be found on the hunt for the perfect gluten-free doughnut (the current leader: Holy Donut in Portland, ME) or at my family's farm outside of Atlanta with her three show-jumping horses, two donkeys, and one miniature wirehaired dachshund.
