Career Strategy Audit A focused strategy session for experienced professionals who need clarity, stronger positioning, and a smarter plan for their next career move. If you are applying but not getting traction, navigating a layoff, considering a pivot, preparing for senior-level opportunities, or unsure how to explain your experience in today’s market, this session will help you identify what may be getting in the way and where to focus next. We will review your current goals, target roles, positioning, job search activity, messaging, and key blockers. You will receive HR-informed feedback, practical recommendations, and a clearer strategy for moving forward. When helpful, this session may also include select AI prompts or follow-up tools to help you continue clarifying your direction, strengthening your positioning, and organizing your next steps after the session. The goal is to help clients move from scattered, reactive, or unsure to clearer, more confident, and more strategic.

I do not believe in generic career advice or one-size-fits-all coaching. I start by understanding your goals, experience, current challenges, and what may be getting in the way. From there, we identify the real issue, whether it is positioning, confidence, communication, leadership presence, job search strategy, interview readiness, or navigating a difficult workplace transition. Clients can expect a mix of honest feedback, HR insider perspective, practical tools, and clear next steps. I often help clients translate their experience into stronger messaging, prepare for high-stakes conversations, strengthen their leadership presence, and use AI thoughtfully to support their career or leadership goals without losing their voice. My goal is for every client to leave our work together with more clarity, stronger confidence, and a practical strategy they can actually use.

For the best experience, please upload or share any materials at least 24 hours before our session so I can review them in advance. Sessions are designed to provide strategic guidance, practical feedback, and clear next steps. While I cannot guarantee a specific job offer, promotion, hiring outcome, or workplace result, I will provide honest insight, HR-informed recommendations, and actionable guidance tailored to your goals.
