Why do I coach?
Coaching, for me, started as part of leadership. Over the years, I realized that what I enjoyed most wasn’t just solving complex problems — it was helping people grow through them. I’ve worked with professionals who were unsure of their next step, leaders trying to find their voice, and people rebuilding their confidence after change. What connects them all is potential — often untapped, sometimes hidden behind self-doubt or circumstance. I coach because I believe clarity builds confidence — and confidence changes everything. Coaching gives people a space to think clearly, challenge assumptions, and move forward with conviction. That’s what I aim to create: a grounded, structured space where you can grow, lead, and feel in control of your own story.

I delivered high-impact solutions across transactions — acquisitions, IPO readiness, restructurings, accounting systems, and reporting compliance — and mentored teams from analysts to partners. I led account strategies for clients including a global music streaming provider, major music label, national e-commerce platform, global marketplace, and an American telecom conglomerate, resulting in double-digit revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and multi-million-dollar project wins. A hallmark of my leadership was global transformation services for a Fortune 30 company, where I oversaw Deloitte’s role as sole global provider for financial reporting transformation services. Key initiatives included: - $20B Spin-Off: Directed cross-functional teams to prepare carve-out statements and SEC filings with minimal comments and on-time delivery. - IFRS Sub-Consolidation: Led 40+ professionals consolidating 100+ entities ($60B revenues) with automated IFRS conversions. - Global Lease Accounting System: Designed and deployed a multi-year global system implementation, meeting all regulatory requirements.
