I’m a former Deloitte Managing Director and founder of a boutique consulting firm with 20+ years advising Fortune 30 companies and scaling high-growth businesses. Along the way, I’ve coached and mentored hundreds of professionals — from consultants and finance managers to executives and founders — helping them navigate pivotal career and leadership transitions. Born and raised outside the U.S., I built my career across cultures and continents before moving here on my own. That global journey shapes the way I support professionals — especially women and international talent — to find their voice, influence, and path in complex environments. I’ve served clients across the spectrum, from Fortune 30 companies to startups, and have also contributed my expertise as a nonprofit board member and volunteer. Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it takes to make bold moves when the pressure is on. Throughout my career, I’ve been the trusted advisor to CFOs, boards, and leadership teams — guiding them through IPOs, spin-offs, M&A, and global transformations where confidence and clarity mattered most. I bring that same perspective to coaching: creating a space where ambitious professionals can think strategically, make decisive moves, and grow into the leaders they want to become. As overall executive for Deloitte’s key TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment) accounts, I drove account strategy, growth, and multi-million-dollar P&L management while serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs and C-suite executives. I delivered high-impact solutions across transactions — acquisitions, IPO readiness, restructurings, accounting systems, and reporting compliance — and mentored teams from analysts to partners. I led account strategies for clients including a global music streaming provider, major music label, national e-commerce platform, global marketplace, and an American telecom conglomerate, resulting in double-digit revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and multi-million-dollar project wins. A hallmark of my leadership was global transformation services for a Fortune 30 company, where I oversaw Deloitte’s role as sole global provider for financial reporting transformation services. Key initiatives included: - $20B Spin-Off: Directed cross-functional teams to prepare carve-out statements and SEC filings with minimal comments and on-time delivery. - IFRS Sub-Consolidation: Led 40+ professionals consolidating 100+ entities ($60B revenues) with automated IFRS conversions. - Global Lease Accounting System: Designed and deployed a multi-year global system implementation, meeting all regulatory requirements. I also led Deloitte’s support for a global ticketing platform’s largest acquisition during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing financial restatements, quarterly/annual reporting, and IPO readiness under challenging market conditions.
