🧰 I’m a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations professional at AWS, where I oversee $3.9B in revenue and help drive scalable growth through data, strategy, and execution. Before AWS, I was the Director of Sales Strategy, GTM, and RevOps at a high-growth startup in Boston, MA, where I built the operational backbone to support rapid expansion. 🌎 I earned my MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, graduating as a top 10 student and recipient of the IE Women’s Scholarship - an experience that deepened both my business acumen and global perspective. 〽️ I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own career journeys - whether that’s applying to Amazon, pursuing business school, or finding clarity in the day-to-day challenges of work and growth. ❤️ Originally from the UK and US, I now call Madrid, Spain home, where I’m happily re-adjusting to full-time work after maternity leave and finding balance in this new chapter.
Why do I coach?
💬 I coach because I’ve had incredible help along the way and I want to pay that forward. The mentorship and coaching I received during my MBA admissions process helped me refine my story and earn my place at IE. Later, the guidance I received during Amazon’s recruitment process was instrumental in landing my role there. Those experiences showed me the power of thoughtful support and honest feedback. The relationships I’ve built with mentors and mentees alike have been some of the most rewarding parts of my career and I’m passionate about helping others in their own journeys.
