About Kiera
I am a former BCG consultant, now at Harvard Business School. My coaching has had a 100% success rate so far in helping applicants land MBB offers. While at BCG, I led internal recruiting efforts and gave resume and cover letter feedback to 50+ prospective applicants. Under Leland, I've coached many to successful MBB offers.
